Is there a way to stop these from popping up on 12.4? Found solutions for older versions but all i tried doesn't work anymore :(

Usb not working after sleep?
You could test it by unmounting a usb device, sleep the Mac, wake it and attach the dock and see, if it mounts again. If that is the case, then this or this (or anything else in that direction) will solve it by unmounting stuff before sleeping automatically.

External drive always connected, unmounts itself at log off/on

Looking for Flour alternatives
Could you suggest me a similar app to Flour by Pierre Tacchi (https://github.com/Pyroh/Fluor), which change the F row button behavior based on the app. It works well on Big Sur and below but not on Monterey.
