ejectify-macos
Discontinued Ejectify automatically unmounts external volumes when your Mac starts sleeping, and mounts them again after it wakes up.

InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
You could test it by unmounting a usb device, sleep the Mac, wake it and attach the dock and see, if it mounts again. If that is the case, then this or this (or anything else in that direction) will solve it by unmounting stuff before sleeping automatically.
