Ultraleap + Vive trackers
Since you are talking about VRchat, check out Driver Leap. It is a SteamVR plugin that treats the Leap hand tracking as virtual Valve Index controllers. The mods here recommended it when I asked a while back and it works great.

3D vtubers using unreal engine with vive trackers: what plugin are you using?
For the project I dev/produce, we don't use any specialized plugins for seated tracking. Body tracking is 3 Vive 2.0 Trackers (on shoulder and wrists). Hand/finger tracking is done via SteamVR using the Driver Leap SteamVR plugin, with a chest mounted Leap IR170. (This emulates virtual Index Controllers using Leap's hand/finger tracking and pips everything in via SteamVR finger tracking).

Question about Leap Motion Controller
MSFS does not have support for hand tracking. Best you can do is something like https://github.com/SDraw/driver_leap, which emulates VR controllers using hand tracking.

Can I use my magic leap tracking device to play BoneLab?
Check out the Driver Leap project.

The Hand Tracking Device plugs into the headset fine, and the Pitool acknowledges that it is connected, but the Experience Hub says that Hand Tracking is disabled and won't let me enable it?
You can emulate controllers using hand tracking in SteamVR using this plugin: https://github.com/SDraw/driver_leap, but I don't find it very useful since you need to use finger gestures to emulate button presses.

Has anyone been able to use Leapmotion Tracking while playing VRChat on Oculus Quest 2?
Alternatively there is a community built LeapDriver by SDraw which emulates VR controllers in SteamVR using our hand tracking which can be used to achieve this as well.

VR for Leap Motion Controller
Driver Leap is basically your only option working with an HMD, if you're not a developer. It maps Leap devices to virtual Index Controllers. (I use the plugin for hand/finger tracking on a vtubing avatar I made for a friend, along with some Vive Tracker for better body tracking).

Shipping taking forever on controllers?
However, there is a SteamVR driver to emulate an index controller with the hand tracker. What I did was completely uninstall the Leap Motion software that Pitool downloads, then install the currest version, then install the third party SteamVR driver. It works... but it was very difficult to use with any measure of accuracy or speed in the games I tested.

Run Pimax HMD on only hand tracking?
This might expand your options a little bit, though I definitely don't expect it to be perfect: https://github.com/SDraw/driver_leap

In built quest 2 hand tracking with alvr vs leapmotion camera
Hi, you can use Ultraleap hand tracking on your Quest 2 if you connect this to a host PC running the Ultraleap Hand Tracking Software with a link cable. There is also a LeapDriver for SteamVR available here which will allow you to emulate VR controllers using hand tracking within SteamVR.

Seeking testers for Desktop-Mode V-Tubing app
No, but I know of another project that supports it: https://github.com/adeleine1412/leapmotion-osc

Has anyone been able to use Leapmotion Tracking while playing VRChat on Oculus Quest 2?
If you are using our V3 hand tracking software then you can use LeapMotion-OSC to send the hand tracking data to CRChat via OSC.
What are some alternatives?
Half-Life-Alyx-novr - SteamVR driver for Half-Life-Alyx for playing without VR / драйвер для игры без VR
VRCEyeTracking - OSC App to allow VRChat avatars to interact with eye and facial tracking hardware
openvr-driver-example - This repository is an example on how to implement an Open VR driver that sends joystick and/or trackpad input to Open VR.
Quest2-VRC - Quest 2 (and Quest 1, Quest Pro and newer) OSC and ADB powered battery information sender, now with OpenRGB support
OpenVR-ArduinoHMD - OpenVR driver for Arduino DIY HMD / OpenVR самодельного Arduino шлема
NoVRCFT - Screen mode eye and face tracking for VRChat
Barebone - OpenVR controller driver (emulating Vive controllers input with Xinput gamepad and position that tracks HMD view)
