django-bootstrap-datepicker-plus VS Django

I have some inconvenience when I try render django-bootstrap-datepicker-plus widgetaccording to this answer. Everything works fine but the Datepicker does not show up.

This bug was fixed three years ago in a one-line change.[0] Presumably the fix was already in the training data.
