Will they do an update so your music can be shared on Discord like spotify ?
For mobile though, there's nothing as far as I know. I was kind of irrationally obsessed with this, so I made this abomination of code that mimicks what PreMiD does: https://github.com/ariloc/discord-ytmusic-rpc It basically requires you to have a whole Linux computer turned on all the time with Discord open and an app on your phone, so it sends information about what you're listening through your local network and the computer displays it in Discord. Probably a waste of resources, and could be expanded to be sort of safe to use it outsider your home, but it's more like a proof of concept (and to give an end to that obsession).

hi, I've just recently went from c to c++ for classes and I want to code a discord bot. is there any video or a website that you could recommend for me start learning. thanks
this GitHub repo may help. I would suggest coding a bot in JavaScript or Python (as mentioned by @The_Real_Coder), since it’s much easier once you learned the language

Thinking which programming language to choose for my bot. I want it to run fast but I'm not sure if there's any difference in performance between Python and C++
i recently saw something called "Sleepy Discord" which is a c++ library https://github.com/yourWaifu/sleepy-discord so its possible for bots to be made with c++
What are some alternatives?
