  A personal project to get my Discord status show my currently playing song on YouTube Music in my phone

For mobile though, there's nothing as far as I know. I was kind of irrationally obsessed with this, so I made this abomination of code that mimicks what PreMiD does: https://github.com/ariloc/discord-ytmusic-rpc It basically requires you to have a whole Linux computer turned on all the time with Discord open and an app on your phone, so it sends information about what you're listening through your local network and the computer displays it in Discord. Probably a waste of resources, and could be expanded to be sort of safe to use it outsider your home, but it's more like a proof of concept (and to give an end to that obsession).

The YTMDesktop app has discord integration. Its someone's little passion project for improving YTM on the web. Seems safe and the GPM version of this was around forever, assuming the same develop. That said, do your own due diligence: https://ytmdesktop.app/
