It's pretty easy. Just install an app (aka torrent client). I suggest Transmission on Mac or Deluge on Windows. Then open the file from my initial comment using that app and after a brief wait the show will start downloading. If you use it for more than this one torrent, I suggest getting a VPN so your ISP doesn't send you a cease-and-desist letter.

Instead of using a torrent search engine’s website, you can go to this link for a walkthrough on how to add search engine plugins to qBittorrent. Now, within the program, you can search for your torrents and sort by seeders. An easy one to try after adding your search engines is to search for “2023 1080p”

Next you go here: https://github.com/qbittorrent/search-plugins/wiki/Unofficial-search-plugins Again, pick whatever you like to complement Jackett, and, most importantly, poke around that Git page - there's a Jackett plugin somewhere there that you're gonna need to search via qbittorrent using Jackett. Mind you that searches can take a long time - if you don't see the desired result immediately, just wait a bit more.
