Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Florida Man slammed into me and took off. Help me decode his license plate
One of the plate recognizers I used identified the plate as NAK N97. However the license plate search turned up nothing. https://platerecognizer.com/ I cropped the picture of the car in question and uploaded it to the plate recognizer site. It labeled the make and model of the car as well as revealing the plate number it thought it saw.

if anyone knows an up-to-date license plate reader version. https://github.com/openalpr/openalpr is outated, doesn't read different angles natively, traning tools are also outated etc but anyone knows an open source version that as well as say https://platerecognizer.com/ or even https://www.openalpr.com/ please let me know.

Looking to find man who hit my car and drove off without leaving info. Video and more info in comments.
If you can get a screenshot with the license plate, try uploading it to a service like https://platerecognizer.com

Re: Chrome vs. Firefox
You can't even escape it in real-life! Proximity marketing with Bluetooth beacons. Wifi-tracking. People-counters. Gaze-tracking. Prism (old tech! lol). License-plate tracking. Hundreds of apps have backdoors in them to record your geolocation data. Car-tapping. Telematics.

- Can someone please help unblur this to see the plate numbers? My friend was in a hit and run.
- Here is a random request (I think), I am looking for a self hosted ALPR software (Automatic License Plate Reader) it can be paid or open source, any suggestions?

Non-determinism in GPT-4 is caused by Sparse MoE
Right but that's not an inherent GPU determinism issue. It's a software issue.
https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/3103#issueco... is correct that it's not necessary, it's a choice.
Your line of reasoning appears to be "GPUs are inherently non-deterministic don't be quick to judge someone's code" which as far as I can tell is dead wrong.
Admittedly there are some cases and instructions that may result in non-determinism but they are inherently necessary. The author should thinking carefully before introducing non-determinism. There are many scenarios where it is irrelevant, but ultimately the issue we are discussing here isn't the GPU's fault.

Can someone explain how keras code gets into the Tensorflow package?
and things like y = layers.ELU()(y) work as expected. I wanted to see a list of the available layers so I went to the Tensorflow GitHub repository and to the keras directory. There's a warning in that directory that says:
