Starforged resources: Poker-size Move Cards and Obsidian Oracles
so, this news is probably coming a bit late to be of use to your project, but in the interest of making a PSA: please don't go to the trouble of doing all that copy-pasting and markdown annotation, because that's what dataforged is for 😠https://github.com/rsek/dataforged

Starforged Sector Creation Discord Bot
There is also a copy of the oracles to roll on, which are the same oracles that the sector generation uses. These come from rsek's repository of goodness.

if you're not using Node or JS, check out the github repo. you can grab the json and its schemas from the dist directory, and the images from the img directory.

All Ironsworn assets written in Markdown to be screen-readable and copy-pasteable
putting one together so that all dataforged (and datasworn) content is accessible in a markdown-only format is on my todo list, but one that's unfortunately fallen by the wayside as i work on other aspects of the project as the game's release approaches.

Built a Starforged sheet in Roll20 - thought I'd have a turn at showing off :)
Ayethin's official sheet is imminent. to my knowledge it's complete with the asset, move, and oracle data included in Dataforged.

How would I play D&D alone?
There are also a ton of hacks for it too. I've also got some comments here and here too where I gave some advice on how to use Ironsworn in a couple ways. (And yes, these are two different campaign runs of the same module)

Capesworn? Ironcape? Supersworn?
I believe it's called herosworn. I haven't checked it out, but you can find it here.

Dnd Community Isnt That Nice
Otherwise, why don't you try to find a different game in the hobby that supports your character idea and style of play? There are TONS of great systems out there. For example the Powered by the Apocalypse 'mechanic' is used by a lot of narrative-driven or Fiction First games, such as Ironsworn. It's marketed and designed as a self-contained solo system, but it can be easily played with a group. It's also super hackable, as the SRD is in Creative Commons, there are a LOT of hacks for it already, like Delves and Denizens that makes it more DnD-like, or Arcanum, which adds high magic. It's also super easy to learn, as the actual rules in the FREE core is less than 25 pages!

Do solo playstyles like Solitaire Campaign Books and Interactive Web Adventures exist for this game? How well does ths game adapts to soltaire esp being both DM and 1 Player simultanously? Does a website similar to DND Beyond for character keeping, dice rolling, and stat calculation exist for this?
If you're looking for something a bit different, Ironsworn is a popularly recommended system due to A) the Core is completely free, B) it's a complete, self-contained system with over 250 pages, and the actual rules being less than 50 pages, less than 25 if you ignore the character creation chapter, C) was designed for solo, but can easily support Co-Op (without a GM) and Guided (traditional, with a GM) play. It also has its own subreddit r/Ironsworn There is a paid expansion, Delve, which adds dungeon exploration to the mechanics. There's also a sister system, Ironsworn: Starforged, or just Starforged, is a futuristic sci-fi version. On top of those, the community is so collaborative and wholesome, that the Ironsworn SRD is in Creative Commons, and there are a TON of FREE HACKS for modifying the core system, such as adding high magic and more options to expand the core Oracles and Assets. Assets are what you use to customize your character; as there are no traditional classes, how you mix and match the assets determines your character's build. It is worth noting that Ironsworn is known as, and even calls itself, a Fiction-First game, not a Mechanics-first game, like D&D, Pathfinder, Savage Worlds, Fate, etc.

Feeling a bit left out from my party :(
It's marketed as a gritty, low-fantasy setting, but you can easily hack or with one of the MANY FREE HACKS for it, such as Ironsmith for more options, Arcanum is popular for high magic, Ironcrunch (if the rules are too light for you), Delves and Denizens/Vaults and Vows/a couple other 'D&D'-like hacks that make it more high-fantasy. So you can easily 'throw away' the core setting and use Golarion for example, if you wanted. I'm currently using Ironsworn with a sprinkling of PF1E mechanics to run myself through the Rise of the Runelords.

Games that get the balance right between customization and simplicity
As a recommendation I'll throw into the proverbial ring, to check out and see if it's for you, is Ironsworn. It's pretty rules light, and there are no classes, only how you build your character by mixing and matching "Assets" which are kinda like modular feats. There's also a TON of hacks, like a few D&D supplements.

Planning my first game (solo) - which mats beside the rulebook should I print out / get?
You really don't need to print out anything if you have access to your phone or computer. There are several tools online (you can find many of them under the Tools section here) you can use to keep track of things such as your character sheet and progress bars that are much more convenient that using printed materi-
