Starforged resources: Poker-size Move Cards and Obsidian Oracles
so, this news is probably coming a bit late to be of use to your project, but in the interest of making a PSA: please don't go to the trouble of doing all that copy-pasting and markdown annotation, because that's what dataforged is for 😭 https://github.com/rsek/dataforged

Starforged Sector Creation Discord Bot
There is also a copy of the oracles to roll on, which are the same oracles that the sector generation uses. These come from rsek's repository of goodness.

Dataforged: official Starforged game data as JSON, now available as a NodeJS package
if you're not using Node or JS, check out the github repo. you can grab the json and its schemas from the dist directory, and the images from the img directory.

All Ironsworn assets written in Markdown to be screen-readable and copy-pasteable
putting one together so that all dataforged (and datasworn) content is accessible in a markdown-only format is on my todo list, but one that's unfortunately fallen by the wayside as i work on other aspects of the project as the game's release approaches.

Built a Starforged sheet in Roll20 - thought I'd have a turn at showing off :)
Ayethin's official sheet is imminent. to my knowledge it's complete with the asset, move, and oracle data included in Dataforged.

I'm looking for one on one play by post system recommendations
Oh I almost forgot! If you’re playing over Discord, there’s a Discord bot called TheOracle that can help you handle dice rolls, track progress, and provide a rules reference.

What is your preferred online or digital platform to play Ironsworn, and why?
i used roll20 for a good long while, but now i play on discord with TheOracle, a discord bot. both will do the trick, and it's probably a matter of taste, but for my purposes TheOracle + discord has proven more comfortable for playing Ironsworn.

Tracking Co-Op games
I use discord. And would probably still use it if in person. The Oracle is an amazing discord bot that can be used to track almost everything. In person I'd use a physical sheet and dice. But The Oracle can be used to track NPCs, Delves, Progress tracks, and other locations.

New to RPGs and seeking advice on journaling my story
There is an app I think that isn’t available in my country. The site works well enough on my phone but I must open the character sheet in another tab so I still have to go back and forth between the two. As someone else said, you can also look at the discord bot ( https://github.com/XenotropicDev/TheOracle ). For ironsworn (and starforged when they release the character sheet) I still prefer roll20 I think.
