False, there is currently no direct bridge between Polkadot and its canary chain. However there are multiple projects aiming or have the potential to bridge directly or indirectly (for example by using a bridge between Kusama and X, then from X to Y and finally from Y to Polkadot) the two relay-chains. Such projects are Darwinia or Sora for example.
