But yeah, custom-install can install games without a 3DS system, it just needs some files dumped from the console: https://github.com/ihaveamac/custom-install

Ah, I see. Unless someone can correct me, I've only seen methods that can install games one at a time. Fortunately, you can do a batch install in FBI and GodMode9 where they'll take all the .cia files in a directory and install each and every one with one command. As you can imagine, this will take time to complete depending on how many games you have lined up. A faster method would be to use a PC to install the games with a specific tool. The 3DS CPU and SD I/O speeds are very slow which is why installing games takes so long.

Like u/Great_Tumbleweee71 said, using a PC is the only way. The fastest way I know is downloading on hshop on PC, and then using Custom Install to put the game on the SD card. Bypasses FBI and the need to have double the space for the game (CIA+installed game)

I personally recommend if you're pirating it to just download the extra DLC files and manually install them to the sd. If you want it to be 10x faster, use custom-install, it's a popular program that supports small or large multi-file installation for your 3DS. All you need to do is let the program run after downloading the cias, and then once the program says custom-install-finalize has been copied to the SD, you place it back into your 3DS and open up custom-install-finalize (Homebrew Launcher app) and it'll do the rest for you; once you return to the home screen your games will appear as if you just bought them. DLC of course won't, but still works the same way. I'm a huge fan of this program so I'm fine with going on a tangent, but it's legitimately 10x faster than using FBI for installs of especially larger files. Have fun!
