Well that's just the tip of the iceberg. Lib.rs can do whatever it wants, but I do find this to be a bit silly - and I'm not particularly pro-crypto, either.
- YSK about lib.rs, a pretty alternative to crates.io with better search and discovery
- What does it mean for the crate?
- Lib.rs discriminating cryptocurrency devs
