[OC] Reported Covid deaths in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland (all time and recent)
Way too complex of a situation to simplify down to a single number. Especially since it's still really hard to say which measures were the most effective one. Just check the authors formula for it ( https://github.com/OxCGRT/covid-policy-tracker/blob/master/documentation/index_methodology.md )
