The Economist has tracked excess deaths vs Covid-19 deaths for a while now. Up until August 15th Sweden has registered 14 650 Covid-19-related death, however due to negative excess deaths for a period of time we only have 10 320 excess deaths. The US on the other hand has registered 613 860 Covid-19-related deaths, but their excess deaths are 788 900. In fact Sweden was pretty much on point with keeping Covid-19-related deaths and excess deaths on par with each other until things got wonky in early 2021.
Way too complex of a situation to simplify down to a single number. Especially since it's still really hard to say which measures were the most effective one. Just check the authors formula for it ( https://github.com/OxCGRT/covid-policy-tracker/blob/master/documentation/index_methodology.md )
