cosmos-sdk VS polygon-edge

Protocols like Polkadot and Cosmos focus on making blockchains inherently interoperable. They create ecosystems where chains can share data and assets natively.

💡 GasMultiplier Instead of specifying the gas price, you may use the "gas": "auto” so that the blockchain application automatically estimates gas for you before submitting the transaction into the network for consensus with the estimate. This is why we include the gasMultiplier. By providing the gas multiplier you are specifying that the gas estimate should be multiplied by this number to account for possible changes in the gas fee estimate and the eventual gas fee. Cosmos (ATOM) is a dPoS blockchain. Often it is named in the list of 3rd generation blockchains like ADA, DOT, ALGO, etc. As one can already see it has a lot of competition. To be able to get a better view of ATOM it is to not describe what it is in itself but how it compares to its competitors.

Polygon is crushing it in their own right. The best business development skills in the game. They have a multitude of ZK solutions on the way with only Polygon Edge being live right now. Definitely a big player, more so when their ZK solutions are on the mainnet.

Great thread anon. Didn't even know people were still using paper wallets. It seems Dogechain is one of the first proper use cases for polygon Edge. Most people don't seem to realize that the Dogechain is going to be built on Polygon. I recommend you boys read this article on what Polygon Edge actually is.

read Mastering Ethereum. If you are looking to make your own sidechain, I'd also look at Polygon Edge. It's much easier to understand what is happening under the hood there.

That did it. Thanks! Went to polygon.technology and used their Plasma Bridge after adding the ERC20 Matic token to my MM. The extra $100 in gas fees sucked but at least I got it where it needs to be.
