Monopoly stresses my husband
You can try regular codenames online for free (https://www.horsepaste.com/) to see what you think (that site doesn’t teach you to play, so you’ll need to find the rules elsewhere). The Duet version is almost the same, but optimized for 2 players, and even more fun than the original, at least to me.

Best Co Op games playable on zoom?
Absolute fav to play on zoom has to be Codenames - the cluegivers go to the gamelink on their own private screens/phone (click on the bottom to be spymaster)...and the main board for guessing players is shared on the zoom screen. We found the most zoom-friendly version here: https://www.horsepaste.com/

Can anyone suggest any Microsoft teams Christmas games to play with my colleagues?
There's an online Codenames site if you like that? www.horsepaste.com - just have to make sure you mute the team whose turn it isn't!

Creating cards for game - what software should I use
Use Squib so you can separate design and content. You don't want to get halfway through making your cards when you decide to change things about your layout and then have to make the exact same change to a bunch of cards.

What is your Pettiest DND Hill to Die On?
Then I just printed up a bunch of paper cards with random junk on it. I was using https://squib.rocks/ and art assets from fallout games. I'll see if I can dig up an example but it basically let me turn excel files into decks.
