If you want to do some emulation, you can start in [CHIP-8](https://github.com/diamant3/chip-walo) or do some socket thing like this [PSP-Controller](https://github.com/diamant3/psp-controller), sorry for the self-promotion, but you can just skim it to learn what it does.
