Similar photo finder for screenshots
Try cbird (my program). In addition to playing with thresholds, there are a couple of options that might help. Also if you can share the screenshots I'd be interested in testing.

Finding duplicate videos, automatically delete lower quality version?
cbird has this. When you find a duplicate you can compare them side-by-side too.

Video File Deduplication and Indexing/Sorting Software?
Take a look at cbird. The video indexer is pretty fast IMO. There are some bonus features for batch moving files/renaming without breaking the index. You will have to start by getting all candidate files under the same parent directory (i.e. not separate disks/volumes), either by using links or moving stuff around.

Exploring Open-Source Alternatives to Landing AI for Robust MLOps
Data analysis involves scrutinizing datasets for class imbalances or protected features and understanding their correlations and representations. A classical tool like pandas would be my obvious choice for most of the analysis, and I would use OpenCV or Scikit-Image for image-related tasks.

Image segmentation in huggingface
You'll need to plot the predictions. There are a few open source tools to do that, supervision is one you can use (https://github.com/roboflow/supervision) and opencv is another common option (https://github.com/opencv/opencv)

Looking for a Windows auto-clicker with conditions
You might be able to achieve this with scripting tools like AutoHotkey or Python with libraries for GUI automation and image recognition (e.g., PyAutoGUI https://pyautogui.readthedocs.io/en/latest/, OpenCV https://opencv.org/).
