Accessible pdf editing program
I made a Google search and found the program. At least I guess it is the one you ment, https://getbookworm.com/ ). For reading it works pretty good but I could not really find a way to make edits there or use a dark theme. (I can still see a bit, but white on black is much easier for me to read)
