Congrats reddit. The state of the app is making me go a non official one.
Beam: https://github.com/awkward/beam Very elegant, open source client for iOS. Probably one of the most polished alternatives i've used, highly recommended. Requires build from source, as it has been discontinued.

The future of troddit
As I mentioned earlier, troddit, the open source project will remain free. Reddit has clarified there will still be a free tier for their API so anyone will be able to setup Troddit on their own computer or server and still get some use. I will be updating the Docker instances to make this easier.

Is TikTok spyware?
Hence why I said browse. If you want to post, just use reddit through a hardened browser (i think old.reddit.com works without JS). I recently heard of Troddit. Its a web/PWA front-end that allows signing in, but IDK if it is any good privacy-wise.
