How can I get access to a squatted crate name? (https://crates.io/crates/sail)
I have implemented the sail AST in Rust, as well as an interface for safely calling the OCaml functions of the Sail compiler in Rust, all as part of a project for my PhD. I feel that releasing this crate would a good use of the sail name, as opposed to sail-rs or some other variation.

rfcs - RFCs for changes to Rust
ocaml-interop - OCaml<->Rust FFI with an emphasis on safety.
esy - package.json workflow for native development with Reason/OCaml
drom - drom is a wrapper over opam/dune in an attempt to provide a cargo-like user experience. It can be used to create full OCaml projects with sphinx and odoc documentation. It has specific knowledge of Github and will generate files for Github Actions CI and Github pages.
