Some GithubCI (and not only) help needed
Hi folks. I'm developing one project, which is a simple LCD simulator. I'm developing it in C++ and the source is open and available at https://github.com/arsdever/lcd so anyone is welcome to contribute.

Small fixes, big projects
With a help of a kind person, I have taken upon me to fix an easy issue in an unknown C++ project. It was just a naming consistency thing, which I actually managed to do.. The thing that bothered me was though - I fixed the thing, my PR was accepted, but I still don't know what this thing even does. There is no readme, no descriptions... I figured it does something with RAM, but... yea, idk. I hoped I would learn about the projects I commit to, this one has remained a mystery.

Some GithubCI (and not only) help needed
Then I tried to introduce a docker image (https://github.com/arsdever/simul_docker) which would have had the packages prebuilt and installed. But here I found that github hosted ubuntu machines are only capable to run docker instances, and since I want also windows builds (at least), doesn't make me happy.
What are some alternatives?
