The files for the case and PCB are open source ( https://github.com/FateNozomi/arisu-case ). I had the case cut by ponoko and some PCBs manufactured by JLC. The PCBs will probably be hard to come by these days though since the MCU shortage started.

The keyboard you link to is itself open source so why not just get an Ergotravel locally manufactured?
