The files for the case and PCB are open source ( https://github.com/FateNozomi/arisu-case ). I had the case cut by ponoko and some PCBs manufactured by JLC. The PCBs will probably be hard to come by these days though since the MCU shortage started.

Not quite TKL, but the Adelheid is an open source Alice with arrow cluster and F-Row

I've recently decided to create another fork of Pizza_on_Pineapple's Adelheid keyboard to widen the layout for a few extra keys.  The result is this 115% Adelheid XT prototype which can support up to a whopping 125 keys - perfect for displaying the maximum amount of fancy keycaps you just blew $300 on, plus some nice artisans as well!  I've never used a Blackpill controller before, so this project was the perfect excuse for me to get familiar with it.  Since I had so many pins to work with, I went ahead and added an encoded and OLED screen as well.

Some time ago I got a Majbritt and for some reasons the PCB wasn't working. Since it's hard to get a new PCB I used the PCB as a switch and stabilizer holder and handwired the keyboard instead. I saw this open source keyboard, the Adelheid, on github and had to build it. I ended up having plenty of extra parts and would like some money back. The boards cost about $30 each, and the acrylic case was around $150 to get made. The PCBs do not come with the mini USB port soldered on, but I will include it in the package. Acrylic case will also come with standoffs and screws needed. All boards are flashable with QMK toolbox right away, and the key-combo to set it into DFU mode is both shifts + b.
