There's an interesting project here https://github.com/abhirooptalasila/AutoSub which uses FFmpeg & Deepspeech. YMMV around the accuracy.

Can anyone help me find the post that listed the most used words from Netflix in an excel sheet?
For netflix specifically I used https://github.com/isaacbernat/netflix-to-srt, which mostly worked, although I had to tweak the regex.
