    No kexts other than Realtek8111 for the on board LAN. This will be related to the USB mapping for your particular motherboard. I went into my bios and turned off extra usb 3.0 ports than what I needed and made sure the usb 2.0 ports were one because that's what the header is plugged into. What SSDT did you use?
