I developed an open source application for vasculature datasets analysis & visualization. Wanted to share an example result.
I was thinking of something like the way that Brainrender visualizes gene expression - see this image here. (Big fan of Brainrender as well, see the paper in eLife here, github repo here. I did not write it, but am using it in a current project to visualize cell counts across cleared brains).
