I developed an open source application for vasculature datasets analysis & visualization. Wanted to share an example result.

  • VesselVio

An open-source application for the analysis and visualization of segmented vasculature datasets

  • More info can be found on my website VesselVio or my GitHub page. The program is free to download and is compatible with MacOS & Windows

  • brainrender

a python based software for visualization of neuroanatomical and morphological data.

  • I was thinking of something like the way that Brainrender visualizes gene expression - see this image here. (Big fan of Brainrender as well, see the paper in eLife here, github repo here. I did not write it, but am using it in a current project to visualize cell counts across cleared brains).

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
