VerticalTabs VS FirefoxSidebar

Thank you. I ended up with finding Flyingfox which does the same as the thread I linked does. I then found some altered version of it that I'm currently using simply called VerticalTabs. There's a third one too that I just found, called Stealthfox.

How can I make windows controls look like VerticleTabs ?

I did't change anything in sidebery. here's userchrome.css I'm using. What should I change to fix it?

I got it to work though by using Astroryan12's VerticalTabs CSS. I noticed the gap got smaller with their code by some pixels right away, and it went away completely by changing --uc-toolbar-height: 38px to 40px (line 15 in hide_tabs_toolbar.css) which matches the height of toolbar-menubar as far as I understand...

CSS is really the magic feature of Firefox and seems very underutilized by its users. Using the combo of Sidebery and Firefox Sidebar (https://github.com/drannex42/FirefoxSidebar) you can get Edge-style vertical tabs that pop out when you hover over the sidebar. You can also use the mouse wheel to scroll between the tabs and middle click any where in the sidebar to close the currently open tab. Once you get used to the flow it’s so fast to use. For added style points you can use Adaptive Tab Bar Color which will change the top navigation to a color that matches the site you’re using (sort of like Safari does it).

If you use those two styles from my repository then you probably want to disable that one window_controls.css from the other repo.

Wait what, i've been running a few Vertical tab CSS configs and its never broken, the latest one being https://github.com/drannex42/FirefoxSidebar, however i do agree it should be a option..

I used a userchrome.css from github to modify my sideberry extension. I dont know much about css just some basic stuff, I tried to tweak some values in the css file but wasnt able to remove the space before the back and forward button. The space is also not available on title bar aswell (when turning on menu bar).
