VerticalTabs VS fluentui-system-icons

I've tested a few different themes out there including: https://github.com/astroryan12/VerticalTabs, https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS/comments/rmi8dg/yet_another_sidebery_setup/, https://github.com/ranmaru22/firefox-vertical-tabs, and a few others.

Thank you. I ended up with finding Flyingfox which does the same as the thread I linked does. I then found some altered version of it that I'm currently using simply called VerticalTabs. There's a third one too that I just found, called Stealthfox.

How can I make windows controls look like VerticleTabs ?

I did't change anything in sidebery. here's userchrome.css I'm using. What should I change to fix it?

I got it to work though by using Astroryan12's VerticalTabs CSS. I noticed the gap got smaller with their code by some pixels right away, and it went away completely by changing --uc-toolbar-height: 38px to 40px (line 15 in hide_tabs_toolbar.css) which matches the height of toolbar-menubar as far as I understand...

Try downloading the source code of this.. You'll find the SVG folder, which contains the icons.

You can find them as a font preinstalled with Windows 11 (I suggest installing UWP Character Map to copy the icons from there) called Segoe Fluent Icons, you can also find another font for fluent icons here: https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-system-icons

The icon font is Segoe Fluent icons which comes bundled with Windows 11, you can view and copy the icons in it using UWP Character Map. There are also more fluent icons in Fluent System Icons which you can find here: https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-system-icons

But there are numerous free Icons, also beside UTF-8 - e.g. I would prefer something like this: https://icon-sets.iconify.design/fluent/calendar-today-28-regular/ (MIT-Licence https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-system-icons/blob/master/LICENSE) - you can use e.g. the svg.

So your best bet is to check out the SVG icons from the open source variant of their font fluent-ui-system-icons assets (github) . Their you can view the source blob of an icon copy it and change the fill color.
