I don’t know about the Famicom Disk system but for Arcade cores and games you want to download and run the Update_all script, it will then automatically do everything for you! https://github.com/theypsilon/Update_All_MiSTer

Cannot Run Arcade Games
Hi all, first time MiSTer user here. I installed MiSTer and ran the update script. Can run console and computer ROMs without the issue. However there's a list of games under "Arcade" and whenever I try to run one of them, I get the below error: "games/mame/combh.zip/pr-10902.5 pr-10902.5a not found" I checked games/mame folder and it's empty. After Googling, I downloaded and ran Update_All script (https://github.com/theypsilon/Update_All_MiSTer) but it didn't help. Sorry if this has been asked before, I just couldn't find the answer but could you help me how can I fix this issue please?

downloader_pc_launcher.py No Longer Working?
I used to love to update MiSTer on the PC under Linux. But a fresh download of the python script running on an up to date Linux mint results in the following two errors: No module named 'distutils.util and: Warning! How do I fix this "/tmp/script: line 5: /media/usb0/Scripts/wifi.sh: Permission denied" error when I select "Switch to USB", then "Scripts" and then "wifi"?
If you ever need to create a new sd I’d recommend using Mr. Fusion. It was developed with Linux and macOS in mind and is the quick and easy way to make sure you have a properly setup sd for MiSTer use. SSH, however, is easy enough to connect to it as long as the MiSTer is on your wifi, but I like to have proper terminal access myself as well. Less things to complicate matters!

Looking For Some Setup Help
Drop Mr Fusion on the SD card you want to use and boot the DE-10 Nano with an Ethernet connection and let it sit and it will formated the card and configure MiSTer to boot. https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/mr-fusion
