Hi. I have been thinking about finally trying update_all.sh from https://github.com/theypsilon/Update_All_MiSTer/

Have you looked into the Favorites script? It allows you to create direct links to both individual games and specific cores. It supports sub folders as well, and is compatible with the update_all script (as in, doesn’t get overwritten when updating)! The top entry inside the “Cores” menu of your Mister will be called @Favorites, and can be easily accessed by your non-tech savvy users. This way you don’t need to create all kind of funky custom directories and shortcuts manually.
