Don't be scared of SDK3, with CyanTrigger you can make triggers just like in SDK2. And now that you have SDK3, you can just use SwimSystem if you want. You need to import UdonSharp before that one.
On this subreddit I always enjoyed reading bad code and programming related stories, but today it happened to me : I had to write this spaghet because I had literally no other solution
