Are there any studies demonstrating a benefit of Dvorak over Qwerty for other languages?
The main Dvorak layout has been adapted for other languages: there are German, Spanish, Nordic and other variants with accents and perhaps some letter swap. Anecdotally, some people seem okay with that. Notably, this repo has English, Czech and other locales for Dvorak and according to the author, it's sufficient based on running the numbers for hand alternation and such metrics.

So uncivilized
There are at least three alternatives off the top of my head: CShack, UCW (the website is dead, but the layout is included in Linux distros) or some international layout such as EurKEY (although it lacks combined letters with caron), and then customized versions of Dvorak or Colemak... and yes, I know a couple of people that use Compose.

Why are there no spanish layouts?
I'm not convinced that it matters in practice. If anything, I'd focus on convenient access to special symbols (like ULKL).

Custom keyboard layouts while pre-ordering Pulse Gen3?
I wanted to pre-order Pulse Gen3 with a custom keyboard layout (I don't like the default Tux logo, would replace with the the standard penguin). But I couldn't find the required svg files on the Github repo, I see that there's were some recent commits adding and subsequently removing the files.

InfinityBook Pro 14 - Gen7 with US ANSI Keyboard?
Thanks. Should I place the order then? I contacted support via email but received slightly conflicting information: they indicated that they would forward the email to their specialists to find out if engraving the keyboard is possible. Here is the pull request containing the US ANSI keyboard layout for use by anyone who wants to customize the IBP 14 Gen6 US-ANSI keyboard and here/IBP14%20Gen6%20TUXEDO%20US%20ANSI.svg) is the customized key that I would like to have engraved.
