What should i do first?
Now, if you're looking to just mod up a single nation, that's easy enough to do. Allow me to refer you to a mod of my own: The North Pole. This is a modest little mod, so it's easy enough to imitate when making your first one. It doesn't change the game rules or feel, and it doesn't give any new buildings or resources or whatnot; it just adds a new nation to play around with, and I think it's a good example of what a simple new nation mod can do.

Upside-Down: this nation takes every little unique advantage existing in the base game and mashes them all up into one overpowered civilization. Great fun for when you're tired of playing fair.
