For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

A voice transcription and script launching app, written leveraging Termux
This setup can be used to create a 'push button' assistant (which is in fact what I am in the process of setting it up for) where you quickly record your command, and once finished it runs through the whole processing pipeline. I will be releasing more python/java scripts to do just this, and eventually turning it into a native Android app once I've formalized some of the design. I figured it was something people in this sub might be interested in. You can get the APK, the sample launching script, and the setup instructions on my Github. If you're interested in following the project you can do so at r/SapphireFramework

This project is still in early but you could like it https://github.com/Tadashi-Hikari/Athena

It's foolish to think open source isn't possible on Android.
Google Assistant: Dicio is already on F-Droid but it won't get what you are saying. Possible actions are limited. There's also Athena that's in development, though it is not ready for any kind of use. Depending on whether you need some sort of an accessibility service, you can get away with ditching Ok Google / Alexa / Cortana / Bixby. TalkBack should help with it too.

Is there a viable AOSP speech-to-text app?
Along with what you said, the Athena project also seem like interesting - even though you have to build it. Yet this video indicates that the developer knows what he is doing

what happened to Energized ultimate?
their latest commit emptied the README.md file from their official repo. See https://github.com/EnergizedProtection/block/commit/8bc981b5b1e813ab07ea80cbb08e4b42643d9b6e

re: Energized Lists
their website is currently a blank page. See https://energized.pro

Use uBlock Origin to assist yourself in your glorious endeavors this NNN
The most obvious thing you can do is to use a custom filter. There are several great filterlists out there but I know most of them are just not enough for some of you degenerates out there who have went a bit too deep in the spicy rabbit hole. One of the best filterlists you can use is by the Energized Protection. Here's the direct link to Energized Porn filter in adblock format. Just copy and paste this in Filter lists > Custom > Import, click 'Apply Changes', refresh the page and click 'Update now'.
- Do you know of any "block lists" in the "rpz" format?
- YSK that you can block u/RealTacoBell to remove the Pete Davidson eating a taco ads

I'm not worried about manifest v3. hblock is way better than most ad blockers because it uses your hosts file to work. In other words, it's not constantly running in the background. Web sites can't detect it and it works any browser. It's worth mentioning the equivalent on Android is AdAway.
Same concept, but I personally like to use this https://energized.pro/

Is there an OPNsense plugin or service that can block ads like pi-hole?
This is what I did as well, I added the Energized.pro Ultimate list URL to the blocklist section of Unbound and it worked like a charm.
