  • dicio-android

    Dicio assistant app for Android

And happy to find that , as per this issue , they were planning to work together 🤩

  • DeepSpeech

DeepSpeech is an open source embedded (offline, on-device) speech-to-text engine which can run in real time on devices ranging from a Raspberry Pi 4 to high power GPU servers.

Tried Kõnele but no dice. DeepSpeech looks promising but will it install/run on AOSP?

  • Scout APM

Less time debugging, more time building. Scout APM allows you to find and fix performance issues with no hassle. Now with error monitoring and external services monitoring, Scout is a developer's best friend when it comes to application development.

  • Athena

A free and open source replacement for Google Assistant on Android devices, meant to integrate with the Sapphire Framework. It contains both speech-to-text and text-to-speech services. It does not require Google services or network connectivity (by Tadashi-Hikari)

Along with what you said, the Athena project also seem like interesting - even though you have to build it. Yet this video indicates that the developer knows what he is doing
