Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

New TSViewer Update features a graph view (more info in the comments)
I now updated it and it features a new graph view. This means you can now view a history of who was connected and when. I also added support for the new Android 13 adaptive icons and changed/fixed some smaller things. You can read the whole changelist on GitHub.

Have you looked at Docspell? It has an Android app. I ended up using paperless-ngx but considered Docspell too.

I don't know about their features but apart from Mayan and Paperless-NG there are also Docspell, Papermerge, Iodestone, Hermes and Teedy.
