Have people moved over to paperless-ngx and if so, is it a safer place to be? If anyone has any thoughts on how I can migrate my current install of paperless-ng 1.5.0 from bare metal to docker VM, help is appreciated. My experience to date is summarised here.
Over the last few days I was attempting (and miserably failed) to migrate my bare metal Debian 11 install of paperless-ng to a docker install on a VM. I thought it would be simple but was wrong. In attempt to find info on the web, I stumbled over paperless-ngx which I had not heard about when I installed Paperless-ng the first time. It seems like paperless-ngx has sprung up in the last couple of years, presumably due to the lack of progress of paperless-ng?
