Hi, I’ve had much more luck getting this docker instance built, and when I run it, it stays up (https://github.com/wintuxx/docker-organize) - the only issue here is around the Cron permissions - I can’t seem to work out how to address that, if you get time any ideas ?

As you've already found, Organize is pretty great. I don't have it running on any of my servers, but I've used it on multiple client systems before with great success. I'd highly recommend it.
