the main avenue to apply is through online applications. Last year, there was a list maintained here. The list for this year is here. You'll also be able to find opportunities on linkedin & handshake. Generally, employers don't give a shit about cover letters.

coderQuad- probably the most popular repo for new grad, very solid

Around August you will see more new grad postings here so apply to as many and as early as you can. Good luck and don't forget to reach out to your alumni for referrals (especially for local jobs).

Indeed and google jobs and linkedin and github (when I was a student). That last one is only for internships and new grad.

Not yet as far as I can tell. Very few companies post new grad positions in June, lol. Just refer to this and stop posting questions that you could easily find the answer to by Googling.
