Steam Deck Windows Dual Boot
Genuine question... what do you expect from the native dual boot solution (coming soonTM ) that's not already possible by shrinking the /home partition and installing whatever other OS in that free space? Combine that with rEFInd and you can have a quality dual boot setup already. I've made it extremely easy to install and customize rEFInd as well. Waiting for the native solution coming who knows when just doesn't make sense to me. I don't see it being any better than what's currently possible.

10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 Touch keyboard broken
I have windows 10 ltsc and I use this fix https://github.com/Lulech23/ReplaceOSK/releases my virtual keyboard isworking just fine never had any problems, no Microsoft store installation nor UWP

Ok to address your problem I'd suggest ReplaceOSK, but you should check out this guide for Windows on the Steam Deck - makes the experience much better!

Ultimate Windows 11 Guide Overhaul / Massive Update
Example, I have a button mapped via SWICD to call up the on screen keyboard (Win + Ctrl + O), but I sometimes found the keyboard doesn't always work in every game. I found using ReplaceOSK to call up the touch keyboard instead worked better.

I turned my Steam button to Show Desktop & and ••• button to keyboard.
Then I used ReplaceOSK to replace the legacy onscreen keyboard with the touch keyboard.
