Depending on what your use case is, but i would suggest headless linux with https://github.com/jketterl/openwebrx for basic usage or some remote server like rtl-tcp, SoapyRemote or whatever is your jam.

Have you looked into SoapyRemote? It should be compatible with all software compatible with SoapySdr(cubicSDR, gqrx, sdr++, ...)

hackrf one on Windows with gnu radio --> Done (return code -1073741819)
I now use PothosSDR. Bundled within is also gnu radio (with few additional well documented setup-steps) and it actually works.
