rtl_tcp has the -T option for activating the bias-tee. SoapyRemote is part of the soapySdr project, it allows you to access an SDR over the network. Soapy_power is the equivalent of rtl_power but for soapySdr devices. For recording baseband files over soapySdr you can use rx_tools
