Slide app contacts Facebook
A very cursory review of the Slide for Reddit iOS source code shows that it doesn't include any Facebook SDKs, at least not in an obvious way (could still be a transient dependency).

[QUESTION] Open source Alternative to slide for iOS?
You mean like this one?
-
Anyone know an iOS app alternative to Reddit?
I use Slide, it's open source. https://github.com/Haptic-Apps/Slide-iOS
- [Meta] This is my favorite Reddit client on iOS
- [Question] Is the Slide Pro worth it?
-
Congrats reddit. The state of the app is making me go a non official one.
Slide (iOS): https://github.com/Haptic-Apps/Slide-iOS (DL: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/slide-for-reddit/id1260626828) While it has the same name as Slide for Android, and has the same development team behind it, it is a very different client. It shares the same feature set, but is much more elegant, and I think it just flat out looks better than its Android version. Still prefer beam, but that was discontinued. This client is once again, open source.

[Meta] Is the app still being developed?
No commits since 2/2021.

Eğer resmi Reddit uygulaması sinir hücresi kanserine sebep oluyorsa Infinity for Reddit gibi resmi olmayan Reddit uygulamasıyla rahat edebilirsiniz.

Ahead of IPO, Reddit blends advertising into user posts
Are there any advantages to using the official Reddit app instead of something like RedReader?
https://github.com/QuantumBadger/RedReader
- How do i auto bypass this, without also breaking other reddit windows/popups that reddit may show me, & interfaces. -Thanks.
- how can I delete images uploaded to "Imgur"?
- Is there a setting to have albums open on the first image?

✨ RedReader
{ "id": -1, "name": "RedReader", "description": "RedReader is a third-party Reddit app for Android, notable for being more accessible than many other apps. Own top comments when sorting by year don't display
I've submitted it on GitHub
-
New here :) is it somehow possible to see the trending section?
Feel free to submit a feature request for it but it's very unlikely available in the API
-
How to set to open albums with all images displayed at once?
Nope. The developer previously mentioned not wanting to do that because it could be confusing to the user. Feel free to submit a feature request for it if you feel strongly enough.
- How do you see self-text in RedReader?
-
Show first lines of post in subreddit posts list/view?
Nope. There is a 3 year old request for a card view which might be able to show more post information like the first line. Feel free to give that a thumbs up.
What are some alternatives?
