Windows DefenderUI software advice
VoodooShield is legit and since that's made by the same people I would trust it. I wouldn't however trust Defender if I was looking for serious protection for a number one reasons such as how easily it can be circumvented by malware either by disabling it, adding an exclusion or using pre-existing exclusions (the last one doesn't even need admin rights).

Is SilentCrytpoMiner good for personal use?
You can see they are just repacking existing miners: https://github.com/UnamSanctam/SilentCryptoMiner/tree/master/SilentCryptoMiner/Resources/Miners

Cpu usage 100% when idle -I did everything possible and shown on youtube, still no luck.
most probably malware. There's this one that can inject itself into explorer.exe and mine crypto. It also probably bypassed the win 11 av since windows defender is pretty bad.

There is an advantage after all...
They can have crypto miners running on your machine without NFTs, something like this wouldn't be detected by the end user most of the times. They can install these things easily because the users already gave them administrator privileges to run their precious anti-cheats.

Gaming services task acting up
That sounds like crypto mining malware that once it detects task manager is open stops to make detection harder. Here's an example of such a miner: https://github.com/UnamSanctam/SilentCryptoMiner

CMMC 3.1.11 Terminate (auto) a user session after a defined condition
Lithnet Idle Logoff is great for terminating idle console sessions. Very easy to deploy and configure with AD (msi installer and has admx templates). Basically, it's a small, lightweight program that runs in the background of every user session and when the session is idle for an amount of time that you define, it can logout the account or shutdown or reboot the computer. To meet the requirements for 3.1.11 you would only need to logout idle sessions, but the shutdown option could be useful if you want to automatically turn off computers after users leave for the day to save power. Also, just a good tool to have in general if you have any shared computers. Users just lock the computer and never log off, then suddenly you have 10 idle sessions and a new ticket about the computer being slow. This can just log them off automatically so you never have this problem. If you use RDP, you can use this GPO to do the same thing for it: https://goenville.com/automatically-terminate-a-disconnected-rdp-session/.

I don't know anything about the cards, but we use https://github.com/lithnet/idle-logoff to boot inactive logins and it works well.

Shared Computer Management Request
Set screensaver with password required to unlock to 1 minute, use lithnet https://github.com/lithnet/idle-logoff for logoff. I implemented it on shared workstations, works like a charm and users hate it. So, successful deployment in my eyes.
