I want to start mining monero. I know that the SilentCryptoMiner has some good features, like adjusting the strength based on cpu usage. But i don't know if the miner has any downsides, it's written in C# to not be detected, so it could be slower than normal miner. I'm also worried about having such a powerful piece of software on my PC.
