Rshiny Windows application issue
I just created a Rshiny desktop application using this awesome https://github.com/wleepang/DesktopDeployR repo. The application works on my system pretty well but I get an error saying "PATH NOT FOUND" to the .wsf file which starts up the application on my other system. P sure that the path is right.

Run python from Excel, without having to have python installed
Shiny apps don't have to be hosted on a website, for what it's worth. There are ways to make them, essentially, desktop apps. Definitely quite a bit of work, but still doable.
What are some alternatives?
absmapsdata - Use ABS ASGS data easily in R
Shiny_Desktop_App - Deploy your R Shiny app(s) locally on Windows
googlesheets4 - Google Spreadsheets R API (reboot of the googlesheets package)
electron-quick-start - Clone to try a simple Electron app
echarty - The goal of echarty is to provide a minimal interface, a “glue”, between R and ECharts, then let your R data lists build the chart. There are utilities included to assist with data preparation, Shiny with proxy and JS plugins. Have the full functionality of ECharts in R with minimal overhead!
tidymodules - An Object-Oriented approach to Shiny modules
RInno - How to install local shiny apps
rocker-versioned - Run current & prior versions of R using docker
shinyapps-package-dependencies - Collection of bash scripts that install R package system dependencies
shinify - Creates a shiny server to interact with your machine learning model - no further coding needed.
rhino - Build high quality, enterprise-grade Shiny apps at speed
