Romantic Encounters for BG1 - with a caveat here. I don't install any of the sexy stuff (no judgment, just not my thing), but there are a few quests in it that I really like - two of them about delivering letters, and one about finding old love letters.

Romantic Encounters for BG1: wait wait hear me out! There are quests that don’t involve fucking anyone. One of them has you delivering some mail, and one involves tracking down some errant love letters to possibly reunite a long-separated couple.
What are some alternatives?

Alternatives - Alternatives offers two new possibilities to consider when making the decision about whether to side with the Shadow Thieves or with Valen's Mistress. In addition to the traditional two, the player may now opt to side with a group even the paladins in the party could have no objection to... or he may opt to skip the whole decision entirely and set sail for Maztica. YoshimoFriendship - This mod adds a series of dialogues with Yoshimo, our favourite charming knave whom we meet in Irenicus Chateau at the beginning of the game. Spanning the length of the time he's in the party, the Yoshimo Friendship expands on the humorous rogue, adding to his story and giving the player a new perspective on the character.
